How to recover deleted files from startup disk on macOS Ventura 13, Monterey 12 and earlier?

Steps to recover deleted files from startup disk are as follows:

Select

Launch Stellar Data Recovery for Mac and select the type of files you need to recover.
Click Next, then select Macintosh HD, the startup disk, wherein you've deleted the files.
Click Scan. In the message box, click Next. Then, click Next again.
In System Extension Blocked dialog, click Open Security Preferences.
In Security & Privacy, click the Lock icon, enter the admin password, and click Unlock.
Click Allow to load the Stellar Data Recovery extension. Click the Lock icon again.
Close the Security & Privacy window. Next, click Continue in the message. Read More.

Toggle on the Deep Scan switch and click Scan.
After the scan is over, click the Deleted List tab to find permanently deleted files.
